Former Miss UK runner- up Joanne Salley, 32, left class in tears when goggle-eyed schoolboys began passing the snaps around.
They circulated so fast that nearly all 825 students saw them at the £29,670-a-year school - famous for its traditional straw boater uniform.
One teenager said: "The pictures are wicked. She's looking properly fit in them.
"They went around like wildfire. Everyone was texting or bluetoothing them. She must be the most popular teacher in Harrow's history."
The photos even found their way to posh Merchant Taylors' public school in Hertfordshire, where Joanne used to teach.
The snaps were taken by fellow Harrow art teacher Fiona Corthine - a professional photographer - who accidentally left them on a memory stick in the camera lab.
Ex-Miss Northern Ireland Joanne, who once posed in an anti-breast cancer campaign, is pictured in one shot with a boob exposed and in another arching her back in a chair.
She was yesterday still away from the North West London school, which has educated seven PMs, including Churchill.
Headmaster Barnaby Lenon said: "Joanne Salley is a long-standing and successful art teacher at Harrow who has in the past been a model.
"Photographs of her modelling were taken by a professional photographer who also teaches at the school. The pictures were stolen without the agreement of the photographer, who holds the copyright. The matter is being investigated."
Brainy Joanne, who studied at Cambridge, dated World Cup-winning rugby hero Matt Dawson for six years.
